Next.js & React · booking systems, dashboards, fixes

Web apps, built and finished.

I build booking systems, dashboards and landing pages in Next.js, and fix apps that were left half-done, whether by a person or by Lovable, v0, Bolt, Cursor or Claude Code. Every job gets a fixed price in writing before it starts. No hourly meter.

Price list

Fixed prices, written down.

  1. D-01

    Diagnosis

You send the repo and what's broken. I read the code and send back a written list: what's broken, how serious, and a fixed price per item.

    • ✓ Severity-ranked list
    • ✓ Fixed price per item
    • ✓ Full refund if nothing's worth fixing

    $249

    credited to the fix

    Delivery: 48 hours

  2. F-02

    Fix pack

Broken auth, failed deploys, forms that don't submit, layouts that fall apart on mobile, features the AI left half-done. Moving to a new host counts as an item.

    • ✓ Fixed, tested, re-checked
    • ✓ Preview link before handoff
    • ✓ Nothing else broken

    from $750

    items quoted after diagnosis

    Delivery: 2–5 days

  3. R-03

    Booking system

Online bookings for a small business: availability, a booking form, confirmation emails and an admin view of every booking, built in Next.js. Paid by milestone.

    • ✓ Written scope and fixed price
    • ✓ Milestones on a preview link
    • ✓ Hosting set up in your name
    • ✓ Full source

    from $3,500

    scoped in writing first

    Delivery: 3–6 weeks

  4. L-04

    Landing page

One fast, responsive Next.js page built from your copy or Figma, deployed to hosting in your name.

    • ✓ 1 revision round
    • ✓ Lighthouse numbers at handoff
    • ✓ Hosting set up in your name
    • ✓ Full source

    from $1,500

    Delivery: 5 days

  5. B-05

    Dashboard

Typed admin or operations dashboards in Next.js: tables, filters, charts, wired to your API or Supabase. Paid by milestone.

    • ✓ Typed end to end
    • ✓ Up to 5 pages at base price
    • ✓ Hosting set up in your name
    • ✓ Full source

    from $4,000

    Delivery: 10–21 days

Keep-alive, $299/mo. Deploy checks, uptime monitoring and up to 2 small fixes a month, for apps I've already worked on. On request.

Built with an AI tool? What usually breaks in Lovable, Bolt, v0 and Cursor apps.

How it works

Read first. Quote second.

  1. 01

    Tell me what you need

Two lines on what the app should do, or what's broken, plus a link to the code if there is any.

  2. 02

    A fixed price in writing

New builds get a written scope and price. Existing apps get a $249 diagnosis in 48 hours: each problem, how serious, and a price to fix it.

  3. 03

    You pick what to do

A deposit for the items you choose: 50%, or 30% on longer jobs paid by milestone. The diagnosis fee is credited.

  4. 04

    Built, then handed over

A preview link to check first. The balance on handoff, and the code is yours.

Who you’d be working with

One person. Named.

I'm Muhaddis, a frontend engineer working in React and Next.js.

I read every codebase myself before quoting, and I only take on what I can deliver on the date I give you.

Questions

Asked before booking.

Do you use AI?

Yes, the same tools many apps are now built with. The difference is that I read every change, test it, and answer for it. Nothing ships because a model said it was fine.

Will you just rewrite it?

Rarely. The diagnosis tells you whether fixing beats rewriting. If a rewrite is cheaper, I'll say so and price it.

Can I fix it myself after the diagnosis?

Yes. The list is yours to keep and explains each problem. Plenty of people take it and do the work themselves.

Do you do security audits?

Not yet. I fix what's broken; I don't sign off on security. If I see an obvious hole while diagnosing, I'll flag it.

How do I pay?

A USD invoice paid through a Payoneer link. The diagnosis is paid up front. Short jobs are 50% to start and 50% on handoff; longer ones ($2,500+ or 2+ weeks) are paid by milestone: 30% to start, then on agreed stages you can see on a preview link.

Who owns the code? Will you sign an NDA?

You own everything on final payment. I'm happy to sign your NDA before I see the repo.

Why "discreet"?

Plenty of businesses would rather not announce who built or fixed their app. I never name a client without written permission; the build log shows anonymised entries only.

Book

Tell me what you need.

I’ll reply within 24 hours, Mon–Sat with the next step: a written scope for a new build, or the $249 diagnosis invoice for an existing app. If it isn’t something I can do well, I’ll say so straight away.
